These are one of my signature works. The grater plate can be used for an olive oil and balsamic dipping plate for bread, this was the idea when I made it, since I have found numerous ways to use the grater on this plate. It comes with an instruction sheet that includes use ideas and recipes. The price is $48 which does not include shipping.
