Hockaday Tour of Studios
Participant in the 2011 Hockaday Tour of Studios, September 24 and 25 the Hockaday Museum is conducting a tour of 17 local artists studios. There will be a map available at the Hockaday listing the participating artists and directions to their studios. Please come out and see where the pottery is made.
Stillwater Gallery Wood Fire Show 2011
Participant in the 2011 Wood Fire Show at the Stillwater Gallery in Whitefish. Opening reception is during First Thursday's on the evening of September 4, show will be up during the month of September.
2011 - From the Ground Up XXV Exhibition
The wood-fired Wavy Triangle Plate was juried into a show at the Las Cruces Museum of Art, opening reception Friday, Sept, 2, 5-7 p.m. in the Museum of Art.
2011 - Craft Faires
Sherry Wells Pottery will be at Art in the Park, July 22 - 24 in Kalispell and at Bigfork Festival of the Arts August 6 - 8. Come by and say "hi", hope to see you there. Also Sherry Wells Pottery will be a participant in the Local Studio Tour sponsored by the Hockaday Museum on Sept. 24 and 25. Come on by!
2011 - Ceramic Stroll June 23rd
Sherry Wells Pottery will be at Birds and Beasley's in Helena for the Ceramic Stroll during the Archie Bray 60th Anniversary. Come out and see all the artists in town for this exciting event!

Montana Arts Council sponsered this "Gathering of Artists", October 13 and 14 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Great Falls, MT.

Participant in the May 2010 Show, a wood fired ovaled bowl with hand made handle and a set of four wood fired tumblers were shown.
2009 - Teapot IV Exhibition

Participant in their Teapots IV Exhibition opening on January 10 and running through February 22, 2009. Sherry's Crusty Teapot was accepted to participate in this show.
2008 - Flathead Valley Clay Invitational

Participant in the 2008 Invitational Show with a wood fired triangle plate and altered rectangle bowl were shown.
2007 - Members' Salon at the Hockaday
Sherry's Triangle plate stack was shown during the Members' Salon at the Hockaday Museum.

2007 - Put a Lid On It Juried Show
Sherry's "Crusty Jar" was accepted to participate in this National juried show, "Put a Lid On It". The jar can be viewed in the Gallery section of this website. The show was held at Mudfire Gallery in Decatur, Georgia from May 12 thru June 6, 2007 which included over 60 international artists contributing a variety of lidded vessels. 2006 - Holiday Studio Open House
The first Studio Open House and Sale at Free Flight Studio. Open for all to come out, take a look around the studio and see where the pottery is made and what is new for the holiday season.
2006 - Graduated with BA in Art Education
Sherry received her Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, an extended major in Art and a minor in Reading. She is a certified teacher in Montana with K-12 endorsements in Art and Reading
